Simeon Onaola is a hands-on product leader and AI implementation consultant based in the West Midlands, UK. He helps small and medium-sized businesses in the UK and Nigeria choose useful AI opportunities, build practical tools and train their teams to use them in everyday work. He has more than 10 years of experience across product, UX and Agile, including work with IBM, Vodafone, PepsiCo and Bettys & Taylors of Harrogate. [ EXPERIENCE THAT INFORMS THE WRITING ]
My perspective comes from more than a decade working across business analysis, product management, user experience, Agile delivery and AI-enabled products. That includes work with teams at IBM, Vodafone, PepsiCo and Bettys & Taylors of Harrogate.
I also build products. That matters because permissions, failure states, hand-offs and adoption problems look different once a system has to survive real users rather than a slide deck.

- Experience is labelled: observations from my own work are written as observations, not universal evidence.
- Claims are traceable: material statistics and regulatory claims link to the underlying research or primary source.
- Uncertainty stays visible: a forecast, opinion and measured result are not presented as the same thing.
- Frameworks must be usable: each practical article should leave the reader with a test, decision rule or operating model.
